I trained as an Actress, Directed a Play inspired by the Longevity Lifestyle , Worked on the Medical Team at Canyon Ranch, and was fortunate to spend 16 years studying the Science of how the Human Body holds its story at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing .
One of my passions is to share knowledge and incredible tools for Self Healing & Beauty, understand the Science behind who you are through the Veil to truly connect with the world.
